Yes. Most people who come to Aravindh are beginners. The practice starts where your body is, not where it should be. If you can breathe, you can start.
Classes are 60 minutes. On non-class days, Aravindh gives short home routines — 10 to 15 minutes. The trial is designed to fit around a full working week.
The online programme was built for this. All you need is enough floor space to lie down and an internet connection. Sessions run at multiple times to cover different time zones.
This is one of the most common reasons people come. Aravindh will ask about your condition before you start and adapt the practice around it. Nothing is forced. If you have a specific concern, mention it in the form — he will address it directly.
It is not just stretching. The breathwork — pranayama — directly calms the nervous system. This is not a claim. It is what the practice is designed to do and what students consistently report. One engineer came only for back pain and told Aravindh upfront he wasn't interested in anything spiritual. His verdict after a few weeks: the biggest surprise was how quiet his mind felt after class.
Reiki is a practice of focused, healing attention that helps the nervous system settle — especially when someone is too exhausted to actively do much. You do not have to believe in it. You just have to be willing to rest. It is not a separate treatment. It is part of how Aravindh reads a room and adjusts what he does.
