These terms govern your use of the Aram Yoga website at aram.yoga and your participation in any programme offered by Aravindhraj, trading as Aram Yoga, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. By submitting the trial form or attending a session, you agree to these terms.
Aram Yoga is a personal teaching practice run by Aravindhraj from Salem, Tamil Nadu. Sessions are offered online via Zoom and in person at a current Salem studio space. Teaching is provided in English and Tamil.
Aravindh is certified by the Yoga Certification Board under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and holds additional certifications in Viniyoga and Reiki. These qualifications relate to yoga teaching and complementary wellness practices — they do not constitute medical qualifications.
The 1 to 2 week guided trial is offered at no cost to new students. Participation in the trial does not create any obligation to continue as a paid student. At the end of the trial period, Aravindh will discuss options with you — there is no automatic enrolment and no payment is taken without your explicit agreement.
Aram Yoga reserves the right to decline a trial application or to end participation at any time if the practice is not considered appropriate for a participant's circumstances.
Yoga, breathwork, and Reiki are complementary wellness practices. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By participating in any Aram Yoga session, you confirm that you have consulted a qualified medical professional where relevant to your health condition, or that you take full responsibility for the decision to practise.
You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or circumstances (including pregnancy) to Aravindh before your first session and to inform him of any significant changes during your participation. Aram Yoga accepts no liability for injury or adverse outcome arising from failure to disclose relevant health information.
Student experiences shared on this website are individual accounts. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Online sessions are conducted over Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring a safe practice space at your location — sufficient floor space, no hazards, appropriate clothing. Aram Yoga accepts no liability for injury occurring in your home practice environment.
Sessions are not recorded by Aram Yoga. You agree not to record sessions without prior written consent from Aravindh.
Paid programme fees are agreed directly between you and Aravindh following the trial period. Payment terms, refund conditions, and scheduling arrangements will be communicated to you in writing (email or WhatsApp) before any payment is made.
Aravindh will provide reasonable notice of schedule changes or session cancellations. If a session is cancelled by Aram Yoga, an equivalent session will be offered as replacement.
You agree to engage with the practice and with Aravindh with respect. Aram Yoga reserves the right to end participation — with or without refund of unused fees — if conduct is disrespectful or if a session environment becomes unsafe.
All content on this website — text, photographs, design, and structure — belongs to Aram Yoga or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written consent.
Session guidance, sequences, and teaching materials shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Aravindh. You may use them for your personal practice only — not for teaching, redistribution, or commercial use.
This website is provided in good faith for information and enrolment purposes. Aram Yoga makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current but does not warrant that the site is free of errors. Links to third-party services (Google Forms, WhatsApp, Zoom) are subject to the terms of those services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aram Yoga's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or participation in any programme is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant programme in the preceding 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
Aram Yoga may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at aram.yoga/terms with the date of last update shown at the top.
