Most studios offer a 7-day trial. We don't. Seven days is not enough to know whether a practice fits. This is not a sample class — it is a starting phase, shaped to you.
Free, but not casual. Entries are reviewed so each student can be guided properly. Continuation is suggested after the trial, never forced.
If exact class timings are still being firmed up for your slot, the schedule is confirmed after the intake based on current batch availability.
People carrying something physical. Back pain. Poor sleep. Fatigue that doesn't lift. These are the most common reasons. The practice starts where your body is, not where it should be.
People looking for the full practice. Already reasonably well, but wanting more than postures. Pranayama, meditation, and the depth yoga was designed to offer. Not a fitness routine.
Aravindh personally reads each form and replies within 48 hours with a suggested track and a link to the intake call.

Aravindh will begin with a brief check-in — not an interrogation, just a few questions about your body and breath that day. The practice will be slower than you might expect. No music, no chanting, no pressure to perform. You will be guided through simple movements and breath, with corrections offered gently. Most people say they feel quieter leaving than when they arrived.
Just let Aravindh know via WhatsApp as early as you can. Life happens — there is no penalty and no awkwardness. Regular students find that even two or three sessions a week is enough to feel the difference.
There is no automatic enrolment. At the end-of-trial conversation, Aravindh will suggest a track based on what he has observed. If you choose to continue:
