For me, it has been a transfer from Pain to Joy and Stress to Peace. When I get in touch with the master, I was suffering from back pain, neck pain, lot of stress and unusual confusion about body and mind. Arvind sir’s Aram Yoga is a place where you can go and learn the art of mindful living.
I would practise yoga myself seeing online videos before joining aram yoga. But after becoming his student, I realised all the mistakes I had been doing the past years. He taught me the right way and the right sequence of doing yoga and pranayama, which I feel is the most important point for anyone starting yoga. It is so important to have the right Guru and once you become his student, your search ends here.
