Frequently asked questions
We have two classes per week, totaling eight classes in a month. These classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday, with the first session from 6 a.m to 7 a.m and the second session from 7 a.m to 8 a.m.
Absolutely not. Our yoga program is inclusive, welcoming individuals of any flexibility level. With regular practice, you can expect to see improvements in strength and flexibility over time.
Every single asana can be modified to a certain extent to suit the requirements of each person as each body is different, and so are their needs.
We will provide personalized training, empowering individuals to practice independently at home on non-class days.
