Yoga, breathwork, and Reiki-based awareness — taught by Aravindh from Salem, Tamil Nadu. In person and online. Shaped to you, not to a template.
Yoga is not about what your body can do. It is about what your body is telling you.
Postures are one limb of the practice — not the whole of it. Pranayama and quiet attention carry equal weight. Steadier sleep, a calmer mind, less pain — these arrive through the breath and the stillness. Not the stretching alone.
The practice is open to people of every fitness level, from absolute beginners to long-term practitioners. We do not measure progress by how a posture looks. We measure it by what changes in the rest of your day.
Aravindh began his yoga journey at the age of twenty—not as a career choice, but as a sincere quest for self-realization. What started as a personal search gradually evolved into a life dedicated to supporting others in their own journey of healing and transformation.
His first teacher, Shri Raj Mohan of Chennai, introduced him to foundational yoga practices and later to the science of Pranic Healing. Alongside his practice, Aravindh immersed himself in the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi, Osho, J. Krishnamurti, and Sri Ramanacharanatirtha Nochur Swamigal (Nochur Venkataraman), whose wisdom and insights deeply influenced his understanding of life, awareness, and the nature of the Self.
Over the years, he explored diverse traditions, including Vasi Yogam and several popular schools of yoga. While these experiences enriched his understanding, he was profoundly inspired by the teachings of Shri T. Krishnamacharya, who emphasized that “one practice does not suit everyone.” This philosophy led him to study the art and science of individualized yoga under Smt. Saraswathi Vasudevan, learning to adapt practices to the unique physical, emotional, and mental needs of each student.
Aravindh later studied Sacred Reiki under Anuradha (Usha), integrating the subtle dimension of energy work into his approach. Today, his teaching is a humble expression of the wisdom, compassion, and inspiration received from these teachers and traditions.
Blending Yoga and Reiki with compassion and practical insight, Aravindh has supported hundreds of students in their journey from helplessness and victimhood to greater self-awareness, responsibility, and inner strength. His work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing oneself, but about rediscovering the wholeness that already exists within.
For Aravindh, teaching is not merely the transmission of techniques—it is an offering born from his own journey of seeking, healing, and discovering the transformative power that resides within each one of us.
