When you submit the trial signup form or the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, location (city and country), and any information you choose to share about your health, goals, or reasons for joining. This information is submitted directly into a Google Form and stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to Aravindh.
We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use advertising networks. We do not sell or share your information with any third party.
The information you provide is used solely to: understand your needs before your first session, contact you to arrange your intake call, and send you occasional practice-related updates if you have opted in to WhatsApp communication.
If you tick the WhatsApp opt-in checkbox on the trial form, we may send you occasional updates about schedule changes, new programs, or practice guidance. You can opt out at any time by messaging "STOP" to +91 9600606106 or by emailing us. We will not send marketing messages to anyone who has not explicitly opted in.
We keep your information for as long as you are an active student or interested contact. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days. Email your request to aramyogain@gmail.com.
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, and to request its deletion. Under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you also have the right to know what data we hold and to withdraw consent for its use. This site uses Google Fonts (fonts loaded from Google's servers — Google's privacy policy applies to that request). Trial form submissions are processed via Google Forms. The site is hosted as static HTML files — no server-side tracking is performed.
Any health or medical information you share with us in the trial form is treated as confidential. It is used only to help Aravindh adapt the practice to your needs. It is not shared with anyone else.
